Following a Recommendation of the Committee on Legal Affairs, the European Parliament, with the legislative resolution of 23 June 2022, gave its consent to the accession of the European Union to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters.
